The Petite Wedding Program Fan with Rounded Corners is one of our best selling fan programs.  Each fan is comprised of two program cards and either a plastic or wooden handle (your choice).  The fan cards are printed with your information, which is provided to us via email.  Ribbons are not included.

Fan Card Details:
Fan cards measure approximately 5" wide x 7" tall.  Once assembled*, the fan measures approximately 5" wide x 11" tall.

Fan cards are Bright White.

Thermographic (raised) ink will be used to print your fans unless a flat ink color is selected (such as Ecru or White).

*Customer Assembly is Required.  Fans arrive unassembled.  Your order will arrive with assembly instructions.  To view the assembly instructions in a .pdf format, please click here.

Production Time:
Please allow 3 weeks for the entire process based on the following:

Proof:  A proof allows you to see the layout of your fan, using your information, prior to the printing of your order.  A black and white electronic proof in .pdf format will be emailed to you for your review within 3 business days of our submittal of your typed program information to the printer.  The PDF will show the layout, wording, and typesetting.  ONLY upon your approval of your proof will the order be submitted for printing.  Once approved, your order cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled.

Changes / Additional Proofs: Any changes made that require another proof will incur an additional fee of $7.00 unless wording and/or typesetting errors were made by the printer, in which case the proof would be provided at no charge.

Printing:  Once you have approved a proof for your fans, production (printing) requires 5 business days.

Transit Time:  Depending on the delivery location, transit time can require 2 - 5 business days.
