OUR GUARANTEE:  We believe in offering our customers high quality products and believe that you will be pleased with your order upon receipt.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order and happily accept requests for returns for any of our items except personalized, edible, film product, media (CD, DVD, VHS) or intimate clothing items for any reason (or no reason at all!).

We will accept authorized returns within 7 days of receipt of your order provided the items are unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.  Personalized items cannot be returned.  Certain conditions and/or restrictions apply.

All returns must arrive with a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) assigned.

RETURN POLICY - Wedding Supplies and Accessories

This policy specifically concerns Wedding Supplies and Accessories; a separate policy is in effect for Ecospheres.  "Wedding Supplies and Accessories" include all items on this website with the exception of Ecospheres.

Wedding Supplies and Accessories sold by Brides and Bells are covered by our 7-day return policy.  Personalized, edible, intimate clothing, film, and media product (CD, DVD, VHS) items are non-returnable.

All items covered under our 7-day return period are subject to the following:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued by Brides and Bells must accompany all returns.  Read our Return Procedure below for instructions.
  • RA Numbers must be obtained no later than 7 days from the date the product was received.  After 7 days, we can no longer issue a RA Number.
  • All RA Numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.  After 10 days, your RA Number will expire.  RA Numbers are not renewable at any time.
  • All products must be returned in new condition, including original packaging, all documents, and accessories.  Packaging must be unopened.  The UPC or bar code, if any, should be attached.
  • Brides and Bells will not accept items that have been physically damaged, that have been used, or that are not in their complete original packaging.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
  • All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
  • Please allow one (1) week for all refunds to be processed once the return has been received by our office or vendor.
  • Claims for missing accessories must be reported within (2) calendar days of receipt of your order.
  • Brides and Bells cannot be held liable beyond original replacement costs of products received.  
  • Absolutely no returns on any personalized item, intimate clothing (panties, thongs, boxers, etc.), film products, edible products (candy, chocolates, mints, coffee, etc.), opened jewelry, opened software or media (CDs, DVDs, or VHS), paper products (including invitations, programs, and stationery), and printed items.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

RETURN PROCEDURE

TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#):

  1. Either complete our Return/Exchange Form online, 24 hours a day, or call us at 877-368-2311 during our normal office hours within 7 days from the date the merchandise was received.  Telephone calls received outside of our normal office hours will be returned the next business day (not including weekends or Holidays). 
  2. Do not return your merchandise to our Dublin, Georgia, address unless instructed to do so.
  3. When calling to request a RA#, provide us with your name, your customer number or order number, the item(s) to be returned, the reason for the return, and your daytime telephone number.

AFTER RECEIVING YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#):

  1. Repackage all items in the original shipping cartons.  Be sure to include all components, packing material, and packing slip.
  2. Write your RA Number legibly on the return label or outside of the packaging box.  Packages RECEIVED without a RA# will BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE and the order will not be eligible for a return authorization number.  IF A RETURN ADDRESS IS NOT PROVIDED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE, THE PACKAGE WILL be DESTROYED AND A CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
  3. Package and ship your return timely to the address provided to ensure that the merchandise is received by our office or vendor within ten (10) days.  Merchandise returns received after the ten (10) day time period provided for shipment of returned merchandise has expired, will not be accepted, no credit will be given, and the carton will be returned at the sender’s expense. 
  4. For your protection, ship the items to the address provided to you when obtaining your RA# using a method that will insure the package and provide you with a tracking number, such as UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or DHL Ground.  In the event the package is lost or damaged in transit, Bridesandbells.com shall not be responsible.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Shipments that are refused without prior authorization, that are returned to us as a result of an invalid address, because of customer refusal to accept the package, or because of lack of a recipient, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus applicable shipping fees charged to us by the carrier for return freight.

REFUNDS/CREDITS

Acredit for the purchase price of your items, less any applicable restocking fee, will be issued in the manner payment was received, after our warehouse or vendor receives, inspects, and processes your return.  Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.  Remember that your credit card company will determine when the credit will appear on your credit card statement – please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear.
