Panel Colors: As of June 1, 2010, the printer is only offering these panels in White and Ecru.

The Peacock Fan Program is one of our newest Program Fan styles.  By having a separate panel for each portion of your program, the wording for your fans will not appear cluttered and will be a unique addition to your wedding.

Suggested wording for each panel:
First Panel:  Introduction
Second Panel:  The Ceremony
Third Panel:  The Wedding Party

The fan panels will be printed on one side only with your information, which is to be provided to us via email.

Personalization Information:
A Motif may be added above the headings on each panel.  The Motif may be increased in size on the front panel only (The Introduction Panel). 

Fan Panel Details:
Each Panel measures approximately 3 15/16" wide (at the widest point) and 8 11/16" tall.
*NOTE:  This item does not use handles (or sticks).  The panels are held together with either Fasteners or Brads which may be purchased at most craft or scrapbooking stores.

Price per quantity includes:
One Proof containing all three panels (see Proof information below)
Three Panels per Fan (each printed on one side), unassembled
Black Ink 

Production Time:
Please allow 3 weeks for the entire process based on the following:

Proof:  A proof allows you to see the layout of your fan, using your information, prior to the printing of your order.  A black and white electronic proof in .pdf format will be emailed to you for your review within 3 business days of our submittal of your typed program information to the printer.  The PDF will show the layout, wording, and typesetting.  ONLY upon your approval of your proof will the order be submitted for printing.  Once approved, your order cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled.

Changes / Additional Proofs: Any changes made that require another proof will incur an additional fee of $7.00 unless wording and/or typesetting errors were made by the printer, in which case the proof would be provided at no charge.

Printing:  Once you have approved a proof for your fans, production (printing) requires 5 business days.

Transit Time:  Depending on the delivery location, transit time can require 2 - 5 business days.
