Payments


What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal payments. If you would like to pay with a debit card, please read the Debit Card information below.

When will my credit card be charged and how will it appear on my statement?
Your credit card will be processed on the day of order placement. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as Brides and Bells.

Debit Cards - Important Information

Important Information for Debit Card Users
Do not press the "Place Order" Button more than once!

Your bank will automatically reduce your "available funds" at the time of order placement.
While we do not collect funds on purchases through our website until the orders actually ship, the issuing bank for your Debit Card will automatically place a "hold" on funds in your checking account equal to the total amount of your order at the time of order placement.
 
Be absolutely sure that you are using the correct billing address.
This is the address to which your bank statement is mailed, which may be different than your residence or delivery address.
 
Why is this important?
If your order is declined due to an incorrect billing address, and you resubmit your order, your bank will "hold" the total amount of the order from your checking account each time you press the "place order" button.  
 
We will only collect the funds for ONE (1) order but your bank may "hold" the funds for all declined ordering attempts, preventing your access to those funds for several days.  Unfortunately, we do not have any control over this process and recommend that you ensure that the correct billing address is used and that you only press the "place order" button once.
 
If you log in to your online banking account, you will see "pending" transactions from Brides and Bells equal to the number of times the "Place Order" button was pressed.  Again, this is your bank holding the funds - this is not Brides and Bells collecting the funds.

If your order has been declined:
Please contact us before submitting an order again so that we can provide you with further information regarding the reason for declination.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
We only charge sales tax to orders being delivered within the State of Georgia. Our sales tax rate is currently 7%. If you have a billing address in Georgia, but are having the order delivered to another state, sales tax will not be charged.

I have a question regarding a charge on my credit card statement.
We work to rectify all billing issues immediately.  Please contact us FIRST before contacting your credit card company.

When will my credit (refund) appear on my account?
Credits usually take 3-4 business days from the time your return has been received.  The return must be received and inspected prior to the credit being given. We will contact you via email should a problem or delay arise with your credit.
