A minimum of 24 of this favor must be purchased (with the same personalization) to order personalized tags.

Optional Favor Tag Personalization

Enter the personalization for the tag as you wish it to appear. Use capitalization as desired; do not use all CAPS.
Example: Stephanie's Baby Shower
There is a maximum limit of 24 characters for this portion of the tag.
Personalized tags are only available if the minimum quantity for this favor, as noted above, has been ordered.
Enter the date of the event.
Please Note: Depending on the tag style chosen and the number of characters in the date, the date may be spelled out completely, abbreviated, or shown numerically by the printer. This will be entirely the printer's decision.
